Compensation: $17 an hour

Job Description:
- Manage email correspondence in email box to ensure all email communication is handled in an appropriate, timely manner.
- Manage and direct large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls and e-mails from applicants and recipients within 24 hours of receipt.
- Answering incoming calls
- Data entry on the computer
- Handle all inquiries related to scholarships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook and Excel).
- High School Diploma
- Able to keep things confidential
- Technical skills are a must
- Customer service experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
